A4 HiTech Series

Valtra's A4 Series is equipped with a 3, or 4-cylinder AGCO Power engine. The common-rail injection system makes it possible to work with high torque at lower rpm, reducing fuel consumption.

A cruise control button allows the operator to set the required engine revolutions for a specific task. This allows you to set the desired work speed for each task.

The all-new HiTech-4 powershift transmission is equipped with four ratios in each of four mechanical ranges providing 16 Forward and 16 Reverse speeds, all operated without the need to use the clutch pedal. Speed matching selects the most appropriate powershift ratio automatically during range changes ensuring smooth and progressive speed changes.

The auto-neutral feature of the HiTech-4 transmission allows the transmission to be temporarily placed in neutral when the brake pedal is pressed and re-engaged when the brake pedal is released. This is particularly useful for applications where frequent stops are required such as when using a round baler or feeder mixer.

The forward-reverse clutches are controlled by electronic control unit modulating the speed of engagement to ensure smooth changes between forward and reverse.

Control is via a modern PTO clutch, which is electro-hydraulically engaged and ‘eases’ the engagement, to protect the driveline by gradually taking up the drive. 

The A104 model has a 2-speed PTO including a 540 eco while A124 and A134 models are equipped with 3-speed PTO including a 540 Eco

The Closed Center Load Sensing Hydraulic System gives you more performance with up 1 liter/min oil flow. The A4 HiTech Series comes equipped with 3 auxiliary hydraulic valves as standard. Each auxiliary valve is equipped with a flow divider that controls the oil flow to the implement.

Provides oil flow directly from the pump through a load-sensing spool valve block, which allows you to use remotely operated spool valves, that are found on modern loaders, potato harvesters and planters.

Active transport control senses the weight of the implement carried by the linkage. The hydraulic system acts as a shock absorber stabilizing the implement during transport and fertilizer spreading applications.

The A4 HiTech's distinctive cabin delivers an ergonomically designed, spacious and comfortable environment for its operators, even on long working days.
